Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator with up to 3 months of experience in handling basic travel arrangements. The role primarily involves flight bookings, hotel reservations , and providing travel support to clients or employees. Key Responsibilities: Assist in domestic and international flight bookings using online platforms or travel portals. Coordinate hotel reservations as per travel plans, location preferences, and budget. Maintain travel details including itineraries, booking confirmations, and invoices . Communicate with clients/team members to confirm travel schedules and needs. Help in managing cancellations, rescheduling , and updates in bookings. Keep travel records organized and updated in company systems. Follow company’s travel policy and ensure cost-effective options are selected. Support senior travel coordinators or admin teams in daily tasks. Requirements: Graduate in any field; background in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a plus. 0–3 months of hands-on experience in booking flights or hotels (internship or job). Familiarity with platforms like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Yatra, or airline/hotel websites. Basic MS Excel and Email communication skills. Good coordination, communication, and time management. Willingness to learn and grow in the travel domain.
