Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in

  domestic and international flight bookings

  using online platforms or travel portals.
• Coordinate

  hotel reservations

  as per travel plans, location preferences, and budget.
• Maintain travel details including

  itineraries, booking confirmations, and invoices

• Communicate with clients/team members to confirm travel schedules and needs.
• Help in managing

  cancellations, rescheduling

  , and updates in bookings.
• Keep travel records organized and updated in company systems.
• Follow company’s travel policy and ensure cost-effective options are selected.
• Support senior travel coordinators or admin teams in daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Graduate

  in any field; background in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.

• 0–3 months of hands-on experience

  in booking flights or hotels (internship or job).
• Familiarity with platforms like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Yatra, or airline/hotel websites.
• Basic MS Excel and Email communication skills.
• Good coordination, communication, and time management.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the travel domain.
