Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Pune. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing and arranging travel plans for clients, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and ensuring all travel arrangements are executed smoothly. Day-to-day tasks will include consulting with clients about travel needs, managing travel logistics, and addressing any travel-related queries or issues.

• Experience with Reservations systems and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field
