Role Description The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s hotels and hospitality services, generating business leads, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, marketing creativity, and excellent communication skills to attract both individual and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Sales Development Identify and target potential corporate, travel agency, and event clients to generate room bookings and banquet sales. Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Marketing Initiatives Plan and execute promotional campaigns for hotels and hospitality services. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to run online ads, social media promotions, and seasonal offers. Event & Group Sales Promote and sell conference, wedding, and banquet packages. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution. Market Research Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to identify business opportunities. Prepare market analysis reports to guide sales strategies. Client Relationship Management Attend networking events, trade shows, and hospitality exhibitions to expand client base. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide tailored proposals. Revenue & Performance Tracking Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Track and report on sales performance and marketing campaign results. Collaboration Work closely with reservations, front office, and F&B teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
