Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in North Delhi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including making travel arrangements, managing reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing tailored travel packages, and handling all aspects of travel management.

Qualifications

Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Proficiency with travel booking software and tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
Prior experience in the travel industry is an advantage
