About the Role:

We are looking for a Travel Consultant (Operations) who will ensure smooth execution of client travel plans. This role focuses on client servicing and vendor coordination — ensuring every detail of the journey is handled seamlessly from booking to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local vendors for bookings and arrangements.
• Ensure timely confirmations and smooth execution of all travel logistics.
• Handle client queries and provide support before, during, and after travel.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, vendor agreements, and client information in CRM.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support toehold’s group tours and photography workshops with logistics when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in travel operations or client servicing.
• Strong knowledge of destinations, travel logistics, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office & travel management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
