Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Booking Management : Manage bookings, cancellations and modifications using Amadeus and Galileo systems. Itinerary Planning : Create customized travel itineraries for clients, including flights, hotels, and activities. Travel Coordination: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably in a role involving booking management and itinerary planning. Amadeus and Galileo: Proficiency in using Amadeus and Galileo systems for booking management and itinerary planning. Travel Industry Knowledge : Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Desirable Skills: Additional GDS Systems: Experience with other Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre or Worldspan will be an advantage. Travel Software: Familiarity with travel software and technology, such as travel management systems or online booking tools. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
