Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

Junior Travel Consultant

No prior industry experience is required; we provide full training for candidates with the right attitude and a hunger for global knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Itinerary Planning:
Assist clients in planning trips by researching destinations, transport, and accommodation options.
Customer Support:
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing friendly and professional service.
Booking Management:
Use booking engines to reserve flights, hotels, tours, and insurance.
Documentation:
Help clients with visa requirements, travel insurance, and essential travel documents.
Sales:
Suggest additional services or upgrades to enhance the traveler's experience.
Problem Solving:
Assist travelers with real-time issues, such as flight delays or booking changes.

What We Are Looking For

Education:
Graduate in any stream (Degrees in Hospitality or Tourism are a plus).
