Job Title: Travel Consultant

Location: Kadavantra, Kochi
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Kadavantra. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences. You will be responsible for creating, promoting, and managing domestic and international travel packages tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and customize domestic and international travel packages based on client preferences and budgets.
• Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and proposals for individual and group tours.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding destinations, travel regulations, and required documentation.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and actively develop new business opportunities.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel packages or tour operations (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, hotels, and tour planning.
• Good negotiation and sales skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel CRM or booking tools.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
