Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning and booking international travel packages tailored to their preferences and budget. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing exceptional customer service by offering personalized travel recommendations and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. - Staying updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients. - Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients. - Handling booking modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related issues efficiently. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably specializing in international travel packages. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent knowledge of popular international travel destinations, attractions, and travel-related services. - Proficiency in travel booking software and reservation systems. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. - Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and performance bonuses. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the expected start date is 01/04/2025.
