Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Expert Sales position located in Ahmedabad. The Travel Expert will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, both business and leisure, for clients. Daily tasks include maintaining communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, and handling travel management activities. The role involves creating customized travel itineraries, resolving travel-related issues, and booking travel accommodations such as flights, hotels, and car rentals. Qualifications Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Knowledge of Business Travel needs and solutions Proficiency in booking travel accommodations Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a team Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
