Ticketing Executive

As a Ticketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in planning and booking Domestic and International Air Tickets that are tailored to their preferences and budget. You should have proven experience in this role with a core understanding of software applications like Amadeus and Galileo, preferably specializing in international sectors. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized flight recommendations, addressing inquiries, and promptly resolving any concerns that may arise. Staying updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations is crucial to provide accurate information to clients. Collaboration with airlines and other travel partners will be necessary to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients. Efficiently handling booking modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related issues is also a key aspect of this role. A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is required for this position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent knowledge of popular international travel routings to expedite the booking process effectively. Proficiency in travel booking software and reservation systems is a must, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. A passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service are qualities that will set you up for success in this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance. The work schedule is during the day, and performance bonuses, as well as yearly bonuses, are part of the compensation package. The ability to commute or relocate to Chandigarh is required.
