Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Utilize GDS systems such as Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus to manage airline bookings.
Make and confirm airline reservations for domestic and international travel.
Answer passenger queries regarding travel arrangements, routes, and schedules.
Calculate travel expenses and sell tickets to passengers.
Make additional arrangements, including car bookings, if required.
Re-book tickets and other arrangements if passengers change their schedules.
Use computer systems to speed up ticketing and reservation processes.

Job Requirements:

Graduate with IATA certification.
Strong knowledge of airline codes and operations.
Proficiency in GDS systems such as Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus.
Ability to manage domestic and international bookings efficiently.
Attention to detail and accuracy in reservation and ticketing processes.
Customer-focused with the ability to answer queries and provide solutions.
