Travel Consultant

Trinity International is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel packages, ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Plan and sell travel packages including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours.
• Provide detailed information on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
• Handle booking confirmations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy.
• Maintain strong communication with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners.
• Promote company packages through phone, email, and social media channels.
• Meet monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Tour Coordinator, or related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of travel software, GDS systems (optional), and online booking tools.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
