· Convert leads into confirmed bookings and consistently meet/exceed sales targets
· Provide expert guidance on pricing, travel policies, luggage, car rental terms, and cruise itineraries
· Utilize GDS platforms and internal CRM tools for bookings and customer management
· Stay updated on industry trends, airline rules, rental car partner policies, and cruise line promotions
· Prior experience in travel sales (Flights, Cars, or Cruises preferred)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Sales-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
