Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Hyderabad. The Travel Consultant will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as managing travel arrangements, coordinating travel plans, and ensuring seamless reservations for clients. Exceptional customer service will be a key part of this role, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented approach to efficiently address client needs and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to provide expert guidance and personalized travel solutions.
• Experience in arranging Travel Accommodations and handling Travel Reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries professionally.
• Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, on-site environment.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Prior experience in travel or immigration services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is an advantage.
