Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Hyderabad. The Travel Consultant will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as managing travel arrangements, coordinating travel plans, and ensuring seamless reservations for clients. Exceptional customer service will be a key part of this role, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented approach to efficiently address client needs and inquiries. Qualifications Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to provide expert guidance and personalized travel solutions. Experience in arranging Travel Accommodations and handling Travel Reservations with accuracy and efficiency. Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries professionally. Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, on-site environment. Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Prior experience in travel or immigration services is preferred but not mandatory. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is an advantage.
