Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Deputy Travel Consultant, you will assist our Senior Travel Consultants in planning and organizing travel itineraries for clients, ensuring all arrangements meet their needs and expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Travel Consultants in designing and arranging travel itineraries for clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure bookings and reservations.
• Provide clients with detailed information about destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise before or during travel.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
• Stay updated on industry trends and travel regulations to provide clients with the best advice and options.
• Support the marketing team in promoting travel packages and services.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and current travel trends.
