Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone to discuss travel packages and destinations. Provide detailed information on various travel options, including pricing, itineraries, and special deals. Assist customers with booking and reservations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings using our computer system. Requirements: Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude. Basic computer skills and ability to type and navigate software comfortably. No prior experience required; freshers are welcome. Experience in the travel industry is a plus but not mandatory.
