Job Description – Travel Consultant (Cheroot Holidays, Bangalore)Position: Travel ConsultantLocation: Bangalore (Mention your area)Employment Type: Full-timeExperience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)🔹 About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and customer-friendly Travel Consultant to join our team at Cheroot Holidays. The role involves handling holiday enquiries, designing customised tour packages, converting leads into sales, and giving end-to-end support to customers. 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound travel enquiries (Calls, WhatsApp, Email). Create domestic & international tour packages based on client requirements. Explain itinerary details, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and offers. Convert leads into confirmed bookings with strong follow-up. Maintain customer database and update enquiry status. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, transport partners, and DMCs. Provide pre-tour & post-tour support to clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction. 🔹 Skills RequiredGood communication skills (English, Tamil/Kannada/Hindi added advantage). Strong sales and customer-handling mindset. Basic knowledge of domestic & international destinations is a plus. Ability to work with Google Sheets/WhatsApp/CRM (training provided).
