Job Description

As an International Customer Service Consultant at EaseMyTrip in Gurugram, your role involves assisting customers from various regions including the UK, UAE, Thailand, US, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia. Your responsibilities include: - Handling inquiries, bookings, and service issues through calls, emails, and chats. - Assisting customers in booking tailored flight, hotel, and holiday packages. - Providing prompt and precise responses to customer queries. - Addressing and resolving customer issues regarding bookings and travel arrangements. - Managing customer interactions from different platforms effectively. - Demonstrating understanding and sensitivity towards the cultural nuances of customers. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel products and market trends. - Collecting and analyzing customer feedback for service improvement. - Employing effective sales techniques to promote products and services. - Collaborating with global and local teams for consistent service delivery. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Experience: 3-5 years in customer service or travel-related fields. - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in travel, tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field. - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills. - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address queries in a fast-paced environment. - Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. - Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of diverse international clientele. - Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work across different time zones. - Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling bookings and queries. - Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service consistently.
