Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Ignite Travel Solution is looking for passionate and motivated professionals to join our growing team in Kochi. If you’re enthusiastic about travel and love creating memorable experiences for customers, we’d love to hear from you!

Open Positions (September 2025)

1️ Travel Consultant
Experience Required: 1–2 yearsSalary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000Role: Help clients craft seamless travel experiences from flights and hotels to visas and tours.

2️ Team Leader
Experience Required: 2–3 yearsSalary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000Role: Lead and mentor a team of travel consultants, oversee bookings, and ensure excellent customer service.

3️ Senior Team Leader
Experience Required: 3–5 years in a leadership roleSalary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000Role: Drive performance, manage operations, and guide the team to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities (All Roles)

Plan and book personalized domestic and international travel experiences
Consult with clients and offer expert destination knowledgeManage reservations, ticketing, itineraries, and travel documentationEnsure seamless communication and high-quality customer serviceStay updated on travel trends, booking systems, and supplier policiesCollaborate with the team to design tailored travel packages

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication & customer service skills
Passion for travel and tourismExperience with travel booking systems is a plusWell-organized, proactive, and detail-orientedKnowledge of visa procedures is an advantageDegree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
