Travel Consultant (Holiday Expert of Thailand)


This position is ideal for someone who thrives in the travel industry, has a flair for planning and organization, and enjoys helping clients achieve memorable travel experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Find new business opportunities by generating leads.
  • Guide and support team members to achieve their goals.
  • Focus on selling travel services to businesses and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.
  • Explain travel products and services clearly to agents and customers.
  • Work towards achieving revenue and profit targets.
  • Stay connected with important contacts in the travel industry.
  • Reach out to travel agents and corporate clients to grow the network.
  • Keep client records organized and up to date.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for tasks and reports.
  • Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable travel packages.
  • Plan and organize travel from start to finish, including bookings, tours, transfers, and meals.
  • Research destinations, travel options, prices, and customer reviews.
  • Share useful travel information and materials, such as maps and guides, with clients.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate from any field; a background in the travel industry is an advantage.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply & previous experience in travel operations, B2B sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Good research skills to gather and analyze travel-related information.
  • Enthusiastic about travel and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
