Role Description

The Travel Consultant is responsible for managing travel arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Moonniyur, Malappuram Dst. Day-to-day tasks include consulting clients on travel needs, booking flights, arranging visas, handling reservations, and providing support throughout the travel process. The Travel Consultant will work closely with customers to ensure their travel plans are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
