Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant Trainee based in Malappuram & Thrissur. The role involves assisting clients with travel planning, providing expert advice on various travel destinations, and handling travel arrangements. Daily tasks include booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services. The Travel Consultant Trainee will also provide excellent customer service, respond to client inquiries, and ensure all reservations are accurate and complete.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Malappuram & Thrissur
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
• Knowledge of global destinations and travel regulations is beneficial
