Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant Trainee located in Malappuram & Thrissur. The Travel Consultant Trainee will be responsible for assisting customers with travel consultations, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include booking flights, coordinating visa services, creating travel itineraries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients. The role requires attention to detail, efficient problem-solving, and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
