Travel Consultant

You will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets in order to provide personalized travel recommendations. Additionally, you will be booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and activities, and managing itineraries. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain industry knowledge to provide informed recommendations by staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and travel destinations. - Proactively respond to customer inquiries, resolve any issues during trips, and handle necessary changes to travel plans. - Cross-sell and up-sell travel products and services to clients to drive sales. - Provide excellent customer service, build relationships with clients, and ensure repeat business. - Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations and company policies. - Maintain accurate client and booking records, and provide regular reports to management. - Promote travel products and services through marketing and promotional activities. - Proactively promote travel packages, flights, hotels, and other ancillary services to customers to meet or exceed sales targets.
