Senior Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant at our company, your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients in order to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. By providing personalized and high-quality travel solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your tasks will include coordinating intricate travel itineraries for both individuals and groups, covering aspects such as flights, accommodation, car rentals, and tour packages. It is essential to stay updated on the latest global travel trends, destination insights, visa regulations, and safety advisories to offer informed recommendations to our clients. In the event of any travel-related issues, changes, or emergencies, you will need to act swiftly and efficiently to resolve them, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients" plans. Additionally, your role will involve driving revenue through the promotion and upselling of luxury travel packages, ancillary services, and exclusive offers. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with our high-value clients is another crucial aspect of this position. By providing excellent service and personalized attention, you will secure repeat business and generate referrals. Compliance with international travel regulations and company policies is of utmost importance in all your bookings. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and bookings, as well as submitting regular performance reports to management, will be part of your routine tasks. You will also be expected to support and mentor junior travel consultants, promoting knowledge-sharing and best practices within the team. Collaboration with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and representing the company at travel events or expos will also be required. This position is full-time, with a schedule that may include both day shifts and rotational shifts. The work location is in person.
