Job Title: Travel Consultant / Travel Sales Executive
Location: Delhi (Ramesh Nagar)
Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)
Experience: 6 months to 2 Years

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant with strong sales skills and a passion for the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client travel requirements and providing customized travel solutions, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for each traveler.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize strong sales skills to convert leads and inquiries into bookings
• Handle various types of travel arrangements: international/domestic, business/holiday, group/individual
• Communicate effectively with clients via in-person meetings, phone, or email
• Understand client preferences and budgets to create tailor-made travel itineraries
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, visa, and fare options
• Share relevant travel materials including brochures, guides, maps, and event programs
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in travel sales or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Excellent knowledge of travel products and services
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
