Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Noida. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, and handling customer service inquiries. Daily tasks include booking reservations, creating travel itineraries, and assisting clients with any travel-related needs. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Proficiency in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• A background in travel consultancy or related field is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
