Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Noida. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing day-to-day travel consulting tasks, which include travel arrangements, customer service, and handling reservations. This role involves creating and customizing travel itineraries, liaising with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the travel industry and destinations is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
