Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Faridabad. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, providing customer service, managing reservations, and offering expert travel advice. The role emphasizes creating tailored travel experiences that meet each client's unique preferences and budgets.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Experience in Customer Service and managing Reservations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and destination information is a plus
• Proficiency with travel booking software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
