Travel Consultant

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate must be from the Tour & Travel industry with a passion for delivering excellent service. You will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, bookings, and providing complete travel solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel enquiries, bookings, and tour packages.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and chat support in English and Hindi.
• Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel documents.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure during peak seasons.
• Must be from the Tour & Travel industry (freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
