We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and selling holiday packages, managing hotel bookings, assisting clients with visa applications, and providing end-to-end travel solutions. This role requires strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver personalized travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: Understand clients’ travel preferences and requirements to recommend suitable holiday packages and itineraries. Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and activities. Handle visa processing, documentation, and provide guidance on travel regulations and requirements. Negotiate and liaise with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best deals for clients. Create customized travel itineraries tailored to clients’ needs and budget. Provide accurate travel information, including destination insights, weather updates, cultural tips, and safety advisories. Manage booking systems, maintain client records, and ensure timely confirmations and follow-ups. Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and visa regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Tour Operator, or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of holiday destinations, hotels, and visa processes. Proficiency in reservation/booking systems (GDS, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
