Job Description

As a Travel Sales Executive at our company, your primary role will be to identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with B2B travel partners, agencies, and corporate clients. You will be responsible for promoting and selling international and domestic holiday packages to destinations such as Dubai, Bali, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Andaman, Himachal, Kerala, Goa, etc. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads, following up with potential partners, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. You will also negotiate rates to ensure competitive pricing for partners and provide timely responses to agent queries regarding itineraries, inclusions, and pricing. Collaboration with the operations team will be essential to ensure seamless execution of bookings. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets to contribute to overall business growth will be crucial, along with staying updated with travel industry trends, destinations, and competitive offerings. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (13 years) in B2B and B2C sales within the travel industry. - Strong knowledge of domestic & international holiday destinations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic online research.
