Travel B2B Sales Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with B2B travel partners, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell international and domestic holiday packages (Dubai, Bali, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Andaman, Himachal, Kerala, Goa, etc.).
• Generate leads, follow up with potential partners, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Negotiate rates and ensure competitive pricing for partners.
• Provide timely responses to agent queries regarding itineraries, inclusions, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of bookings.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated with travel industry trends, destinations, and competitive offerings.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in B2B and B2C sales within the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of domestic & international holiday destinations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic online research.
