Travel Agent

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements for our organization, ensuring seamless travel experiences for employees and clients. Your key responsibilities will include arranging travel bookings, developing relationships with travel service providers, handling itineraries, providing assistance with travel-related queries, and offering recommendations on travel destinations. Additionally, you will be expected to manage travel expenses, ensure compliance with company travel policies, provide administrative support, and assist with organizing corporate events. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven experience in travel coordination. Proficiency in travel booking software, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of travel regulations are essential. You must be detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
