Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agent, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Travel Agent will be responsible for planning and booking travel arrangements, including reservations, flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, managing client travel itineraries, and handling sales inquiries related to travel options and packages.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Sales and Car Rental services
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
