Manage train, bus, and hotel reservations as per client requirements. Design and customize travel itineraries and holiday packages based on client preferences. Maintain communication with airlines, hotels, and vendors for best rates and offers. Ensure smooth coordination for travel documents, vouchers, and invoices. Handle client queries related to travel schedules, pricing, and packages. Maintain accurate booking records and follow up for payments and confirmations. Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any field (Preference for candidates from travel/tourism background). Minimum 1 year of experience in travel booking (Freshers with good knowledge can also apply). Strong knowledge of flight booking portals (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office and online travel portals. Good organizational and multitasking skills.
