Transportation Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and organized Transportation Supervisor to oversee daily operations involving drivers and helpers. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, safe, and efficient transportation of goods while managing the team and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers and helpers.
• Schedule daily routes and assign tasks to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
• Conduct regular vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Resolve transportation-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Train new drivers and helpers on company procedures and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery logs.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to meet delivery requirements.
• Ensure that drivers and helpers maintain proper conduct and professional behavior.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Proven experience in a transportation or logistics role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
