Transportation Supervisor

As a Transportation Supervisor in Chandigarh, your responsibilities will include: - Scheduling transportation services and planning routes. - Negotiating with All India Transporters for getting good freight and maintaining good relations with them. - Generating E-way Bills and managing all documentation in proper formats. - Keeping transportation operations within budget without compromising efficiency. - Processing transportation documentation and follow up with drivers for weighing receipts and other documents. - Developing, implementing, and improving transportation policies and procedures. - Liaising between management, drivers, and customers. - Collaborating with internal departments to optimize transportation services. Your qualifications and skills should include: - Supervising loading and offloading of goods. - Negotiation and Relationship building with transporters all over India. - Analyzing the transporters" services and maintaining a database of transporters. - Generating reports & maintaining MIS for management's review. The role is Full-time with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is in the Day shift. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. The work location is in person.,
