Description

The L2 associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our stakeholders, so to our seller POCs - you ARE Amazon. L2 Associates are expected to identify concerns and work on troubleshooting delivery partner issues and provide process improvement suggestions.Key job responsibilitiesEffectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all timesProvides/ expedites prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers/ delivery partnersEffectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrixDemonstrate excellent time-management skillsMaintains or exceeds targeted performance metricsActively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or experience translating customer needs into business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration
Bachelor's degree, or experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate
