We’re Hiring: *Fleet Manager – Are you skilled at managing vehicle fleets and handling driver operations seamlessly?
Join our team as a Fleet Manager and take charge of our vehicle maintenance, driver allocation, servicing schedules, insurance renewals, and daily operations.
Location: Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Limited (MMMOCL)
E Block BKC, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051
Experience: 4+ years in fleet management or a similar role
Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and track servicing & insurance schedules
2. Assign duties and manage driver attendance/leaves
3. Monitor fuel usage & operational efficiency
4. Ensure RTO and policy compliance
5. Share MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
6. Managing multiple government clients
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong organizational & multitasking skills
2. Conflict resolution & driver management experience
3. Proficiency in Excel; fleet management tools a plus
4. Available for field visits & on-call needs8
