Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kidney Transplant Coordinator located in Punjab, India. The Transplant Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating organ transplants, managing organ donation processes, and collaborating with medical teams to ensure successful transplant outcomes. Daily tasks include patient evaluation, managing critical care aspects, coordinating logistics for organ retrieval, and providing support to transplant recipients and their families.

Qualifications

• Skills in Transplant Coordination, Organ Donation, and Transplant
• Experience in Critical Care Medicine
• Specialized knowledge in Liver Transplant processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse medical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Sciences, or a related field
• Certification in Transplant Coordination is a plus
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
