Job Description: As a transplant coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the organ transplant process from start to finish. Your role will involve working closely with patients, donors, families, and the transplant team. You will assess patients for transplant eligibility and suitability, find compatible donors for recipients, coordinate evaluations, treatments, and follow-up care, schedule surgeries, provide emotional support to patients and families, educate about organ donation, manage paperwork, assist in obtaining consent for donation, and provide post-transplant care and support. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field. - Valid nursing license or relevant healthcare professional license. - Certification as a Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) or equivalent certification. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the company offers health insurance as a benefit. The job type is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.
