Role Overview: You will be part of the Business Operations BU, within the Global Hub Operations and Transitions Management organization, reporting to the Transition Lead in Bogota/Hyderabad/Budapest/Kuala Lumpur. Your main focus will be on managing and implementing transitions to deliver value in end-to-end processes, particularly initiatives of high complexity that span across process areas and regions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage transition throughout the life cycle, developing and driving transition plans with the right level of detail. - Ensure consistent application of transition methodology, operational policies, and processes. - Monitor and report on actual progress against the plan, providing visibility on transition status. - Facilitate/lead transition and transversal meetings, establish decision-making rules and issue resolution protocols. - Prioritize, challenge, and resolve issues, proactively identify/manage transition risks. - Lead change management components to increase employee adoption and utilization. - Monitor project progress for business value, document lessons learned, and close out the project summarizing achievements and improvements. Qualifications Required: - Experience: You should have 7+ years of experience, with proven experience in transitions or consultancy in the shared services sector. Operational experience with processes is a plus, along with a proven track record of project oversight. - Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be a self-starter, able to work independently under pressure, and deliver a high level of customer service. Exceptional multi-tasking ability, leadership skills, and attention to detail are required. - Technical Skills: Possessing Programs, Project, and/or Change Management certification is a plus. Agile certification and knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement methodologies are advantageous. A bachelor's degree in a business or project management related field is necessary. - Languages: Fluent in English (minimum of strong B2 level required).
