Your key responsibilities
Oversee IT Applications or Services being Transitioned onto the Production Environment, ensuring timely reviews, effective task management, and prompt remediation of required or out /incorrect information, in line with defined standards and policies.
- Lead end-to-end transition projects, including planning, execution, and stabilization phases.
- Develop detailed transition plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and process or support migration.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with EY s global standards, security protocols, and client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for operational teams during transition phases.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-transition to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Skills and attributes for success
- Good knowledge of IT Services functions and ITIL.
- Solid presentation skills, and an ability to influence an audience of technical teams

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Prior experience with Transition and or Project Management with knowledge around IT industry and ITIL concepts
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, IT, Operations Management, or related field.
Ideally, you ll also have
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation training, or higher level of ITIL Certification.
- Exposure to global delivery models and cross-border transitions.
- Experience in managing large-scale transitions with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of Agile methodology.
- An eye for quality and the ability to work proactively.
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player, able to self-motivate and motivate others in a global/virtual environment.
