The role involves managing production planning and execution for IDT Transformers, Distribution Transformers, and ensuring timely, quality dispatches.What You’ll Do* Develop and monitor production plans & schedules.* Coordinate with procurement, design, and sales teams.* Track KPIs and optimize processes for efficiency & cost reduction.* Ensure timely order delivery and customer satisfaction.* Handle technical aspects of production planning for IDT & Distribution Transformers.What We’re Looking For*8+ years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) in transformer or heavy electrical industry.* Hands-on expertise in IDT Transformers & Distribution Transformers**.* Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills.* Ability to resolve production bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.*Location*: Kherdi, Silvassa Dadra Nagar Haveli (DNH)*CTC: To be discussed
