Job Description

As a Transactions Manager at mStreet Investments, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing commercial real estate transactions in Gurugram. Your responsibilities will include managing the full transaction lifecycle, preparing necessary documents, communicating with clients and internal teams, conducting market research, updating the client database, and coordinating with marketing teams for effective promotion of listings. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full transaction lifecycle, from listing to closing. - Prepare and organize all necessary documents and contracts. - Communicate regularly with clients, lawyers, and internal teams. - Conduct market research and prepare sales presentations. - Maintain and update the client database and sales pipeline. - Coordinate with marketing teams to promote listings effectively. Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate in Delhi NCR. - Experience working with Channel partners/broker firms preferred. - Strong client relations and project management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Proactive and problem-solving mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
