Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Transactions Manager located in Gurugram. The Transactions Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial real estate transactions. Being the backbone of our sales process, ensuring every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish.It is a fast-paced role that requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

What you'll do:

- Manage the full transaction lifecycle, from listing to closing.

- Prepare and organize all necessary documents and contracts.

- Communicate regularly with clients, lawyers, and internal teams to provide updates and ensure deadlines are met.

- Conduct market research and prepare sales presentations.

- Maintain and update our client database and sales pipeline.

- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote listings effectively.

What you'll bring:

- Experience of 3-7 years in commercial real estate in Delhi NCR.

- People with experience of working with Channel partners/broker firms would be preferred.

- Strong client relations and project management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
