Training Supervisor

As a Training Program Manager for a cable manufacturing company, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing training programs for all levels of production staff. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating and updating training materials, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and documentation aligning with cable manufacturing processes. - Training new hires on company policies, safety procedures, machinery operation, and product specifications. - Conducting skills assessments and maintaining training records for all production employees. - Coordinating cross-training initiatives to enhance workforce flexibility and productivity. - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary improvements. - Collaborating with supervisors, engineers, and HR to identify training needs and performance gaps. - Keeping abreast of new manufacturing technologies and training methods relevant to cable production.
